Hello! My roommate won the housing lottery, so she’s moving out.
I’m looking for someone to takeover her lease.
This is a private room and a private bathroom in a 2B/2B.
- 5.1.2026 to 12.11.2026 (I plan to renew because I really like living here.)
- Sunny and east-facing apartment
- I have a spacious couch and tv set and some kitchen chairs already.
- 24/7 doorman
- B/D/N/Q/R/W stops, Trader Joe’s, Target, Starbucks, Kung Fu Tea, Han Dynasty, Lidl just outside the door
- Electric ($50-$100/mo) and internet ($20/mo) per person. NO amenity, gas, trash, and sewer fees. A lot of the luxury buildings around here charge these things.
- Gym, office, study rooms, and sunny outdoor spaces available. Laundry room is next to our room with additional laundry on the 5th floor. The laundry is really clean and well run here.
- Storage available for $50/mo.
- OK with small, hypoallergenic dogs. Sorry no other pets (I’m allergic).
I’m 30s F. I work hybrid in the financial district about 3x a week. I’m low key and quiet. I do not party, do drugs, smoke, or have frequent overnight guests. I’m not a neat freak, but I prefer to keep things tidy and not a mess at the end of the week. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle!
I enjoy hanging out with friends, trying out different restaurants, traveling, playing pickleball, gaming and watching tv shows. I’m friendly and open to all people with different backgrounds!
