AI Customer Service

Like many of you I too experienced AI Xfinity customer service. Voices cut out, you can hear the live voice behind the vocal processing, and there are blipping and inappropriately timed ums and ahs. They are likely training voices for AI customer service model. And they don’t care if you are frustrated because it is less likely you will continue with whatever issue you might have. I feel bad for the people working behind the machine because clearly they are doing their best. But with cable dying and xfinity struggling to move into mobile, the corporate heads are destroying their customer base. Any others experiencing this same issue?

Quendell - A New Puzzle Adventure Game for Kids

We juuust finished the beta of Quendell, a web-based puzzle adventure game for kids and families. No download needed — just head to www.quendell.com and play. It's completely free. Explore a magical world, discover hidden treasure, and solve puzzles along the way. We built it at Luminous Blue (www.luminousblue.tv) and we're in early beta, so we're really looking for honest reactions from players of all ages. We'd love to lean into the educational aspects of the minichallenges and puzzles. Would love your feedback — there's a "Share Feedback" link at the bottom of the homepage. Thanks so much for checking it out and sharing your thoughts!
