I had keyhole top surgery in 2022. I originally had a larger chest, but T took me from a C cup to an A/B. I was a candidate for keyhole due to my nipple placement, but was told I would certainly have some loose skin. I was okay with this.
I was in a hotel fire a couple hours after my surgery, and picked up all of my luggage and ran out of the building. This tore my stitches and surely contributed to the very long and difficult healing process I had. I still experience pain and numbness to this day.
My chest has never been super flat, but I don’t know if it is in a peck sort of way, or if I should consider a revision. I brought my concerns of knotting & scar tissue under the skin to my surgeon and suggested I start working out my chest area at 12 months post op, which I do.
Long story short, I’m 4 years out from surgery, pain is at an all time low, and I would just like some feedback on if my surgery results look okay. I don’t have confidence issues, but I do have dysphoria, of course, and it’s just kind of hard to tell, personally.
