How do I clean my ps4 pro to make it stop sounding like a jet engine

I'm about to clean it now and I'm wondering if opening the top and bottom lids and clean the dust out is enough, I don't have any thermal paste, also, can I use a vaccum cleaner?

Is an uncomplete collection/collection with gaps ugly?

I currently have volumes 1,4,5,7,8,11 of demon slayer and I'm thinking if I should buy blue lock 24 trough 27 or I fix the gaps between the volumes on the current demon slayer collection, don't own any other manga because it's not available in my country and I rarely travel/buy online
