most of the candidates whom I got in touch with, have received their rejection or offer letter.

I interviewed for the Associate System Engineer (ASE) position on April 15th. My biometric verification has been completed, but I have not yet received any updates. Most other candidates I have contacted have already received either a rejection or an offer letter. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

I’ve recently become really fascinated by the 7 chakras system, and Kundalini Yoga. I’ve watched a few videos and read some basic articles, but I still feel completely overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin.

I’m looking for genuine, practical advice from people who have actual experience with this path. Here’s what I’d love help with:

• How did you get started? What’s a good beginner-friendly routine?
• Best resources (books, YouTube channels, apps, teachers, or websites) for someone who knows almost nothing?
• Any specific books you’d recommend on chakras and Kundalini Yoga?
• Important safety tips or things I should be careful about (especially with Kundalini awakening)?
• Daily practices that actually helped you feel progress with the chakras?
• How long did it take before you started noticing changes?

I’m serious about this and willing to put in consistent effort, but I want to do it the right way safely and sustainably. I don’t want to rush into advanced kriyas or force anything.

Any guidance, personal stories, or recommended reading would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
