Since my last billing cycle I haven’t been able to log into my embrace account. I just keep getting this error every time I try to log in, I’ve reset my password and even tried logging in on the website.

I tried calling this number severallll times, but I have a 6 hour time difference between their business hours, and sometimes I just barely missed them. When I do get on the line, I’m just stuck in the queue!!

I really wanna cancel my policy before my next billing which is on the sixth, I’m looking to see if anyone else has had this problem? And if you were able to fix it without calling?
