I just watched the show and i absolutely love it. Though it has a few quirks that i wanna discuss.

A few thoughts about the series after i just watched it

First off, its an amazing show, its probably my favourite show.

But i have a few thoughts and critiques.

First off the pacing. There were many arcs that felt slightly rushed. Still very enjoyable but too short.

Like the first season which basically felt like a gotta catch all them princesses speedrun.

Secondly: what is up with the final arc of spinnerella and Netossa? This arc felt really bumrushed in there. They were basically ignored the entire series, and didnt even speak a single sentence until end of season 3. But suddenly get a whole multi episode arc in the finale? It was pretty obvious that that arc was supposed to belong to Scorpia. I am really bummed they chose those two instead :(

Also the romantic relationship between adora and catra felt like the odd one out. It was pretty clear they were best childhood friends throughout the entire series, and catra was angry for being left behind, because she was incapable, understandably, to understand adoras reasoning to leave.

And then they turn both into romantic interests? Idk that felt really out of place and was kind of a huge letdown.

What did or do you guys think?

These are pretty much my only issues with the series. I loved it

After two years of being in this profession, i just had my first real damage. I caused it.

I started a gig as a dump truck driver 2 weeks ago, and had my first accident yet, after two years in the field. It was on a toght back road leading up to the construction site. I was heading out, a coworker was on his way in. He stopped and pulled over as far as possible, i did too, and tried to pass himnat 15 mph. The space was sufficient, bit i didnt pay enough attention on the road condition, and hit a small pothole 3 feet before crossing him. I should have slowed down, but i thought it was a bit further ahead.

I hit the hole, which caused my steering wheel to turn left, which diminished the small space i made. Our mirrors clashed, and the impact broke the cassing of both trucks mirrors. The glass is intact, as are the electronics and heating. It is fully functional. "Just" (dont wanna downplay the mistake, it was a stupid mistake and shouldnt have happened) the rear casing broke. It was unpainted on both trucks.

I called it in immediately and filed the report and took pictures. He was a bit shook and yelled at me, later told me it wasnt a big deal, he was just shook.

It is a big deal to me.

My driving instructor told me most accidents for newbies happen within the first year. He told me he doubts itll happen for me that soon since i aced my tests and seem very capable. I told him, i know its inevitable for the majority of truckers, therefore i hope and believe i could make it to five years without an incident. I didnt.

I hope they wont fire me for it. My mileage is good, i am always fast and precise, and yet cautious. I know how to manoeuver very well. And i take safety precautions very seriously. Though, with only two years under my belt, i still lack experience

This bother me to no end though.

Any input from you guys? How severe is my mistake?

Take care and god bless and stay safe!
