I got tired of the really expensive PCB fixturing systems, so I made a printable version that uses 3 magnets, a screw, an insert and a printed spring on a steel plate. Two holders are enough to start, and you can print extra ones for bigger boards.

I’m using an old 3D printer bed as the base. Pretty happy with how adjustable it is so far.

Curious what you guys would improve!

Used a similar product at work but those started at 90 euros for a kit, an hour designing and and 2 hours of printing later and my DIY solution is there for 20 cents in plastics, 3 magnets and screw!

Do they have the same premium feel and heat resistance? No but boy do they work well for most simple jobs!
