Hi everyone I am a resident of Navi mumbai, thinking of buying a under construction flat in Hinjewadi, Pune. Builder is shapurji, it is a gated communities with all the generic amenities, property is located on Man road (around 2km from Infosys circle). I would be paying 90 lakh all included for 790 sqft carpet.

Not looking for a breakthrough return, a decent rental yield of around 4% and capital appreciation of 3-4% per year is enough for me. Would this be a good investment?
