I'm Silvia, an Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya.

I've spent the last over 3 years working remotely with executives and entrepreneurs across the US, mainly in Medicare, tech, consulting, and e-commerce.

My day-to-day covers calendar and inbox management, international travel coordination, document organization, research, and general operations support.

A few things I'm particularly good at:

  • Taming chaotic inboxes and keeping executives out of scheduling hell
  • Coordinating complex international travel with zero disruptions
  • Building simple systems that save hours every week
  • Working across US time zones without missing a beat
