Purchased a 2021 telluride sx prestige nightfall
Hello all just bought a lovely 2021 sx prestige nightfall with 31k miles from carmax. The listing was beautiful and there was 0 signs of the nightfall trim oxidation so I was really stoked about that. All the imperfections they listed were extremely minor. When I saw the car in person the oxidation was everywhere. I brought it up to the salesperson and they agreed with me that it didn’t match the listing and wasn’t disclosed. He said he was going to check to see if it was considered normal wear and tear and get back to me but he’ll see what he can do. We continued the whole process and then at one point he says come here let me show you something and brings me to the garage and shows me how polishing compound is fixing it and that I can schedule to bring it back in and their team will do all the trim…what do I do about this issue because it wasn’t great and now it’s worse but I do love the car and don’t want to go for a different car.
