Hi, I'm going to London for four days in mid May. It isn't my first time but I'm going with a friend that hasn't visited before and she'd like to have an afternoon tea. We're looking for places in Richmond that are around £30 per person and are open on Mondays, since we planned to visit Kew Gardens and it's the only time we can squeeze it in. I know it's difficult with such short notice but I want to at least try for her. Any recommendations?
