Experience with Hills z/d wet and dry food?
My kitty needs to be on this diet for 2 months now to test for chronic gut inflammation and she really likes it and is super excited but turns out to be constantly hungry. She is a rescue and when we got her she had pretty big food anxiety which we got under control with lots of patience and routine. Now with this new food it seems to be back and 100x more. She is usually the sweetest cat, doesn’t do anything wrong and is very well behaved. And now in 24h we got a full switch of her becoming the devil, not sleeping during the day anymore at all, breaking everything in sight and zooming through the apartment without a stop. Also constantly whining for food.. I know that’s cats can be very active and everything but this switch was just with the food.. we are at a loss of what to do but we also really need to give her the diet otherwise we need to do biopsies etc and that’s too much for her and us right now (and might end up needing the diet anyways)
