Hey yall, I just graduated college with a bachelors in Religious Studies. I’m curious about military life, and am very attracted to the Religious Programs Specialist role. I’ve done a little research, but here’s my thing. I have a girlfriend of 4+ years, who I intend to marry. We have our two little cats, we live together, lots of friends, and life’s generally peaceful and good. Would this disrupt things? Would work/life balance be very difficult, do I have the possibility of being shipped across the world from my loved ones? I’d love to be able to just choose to stay inland, with minimal ship deployments, if that’s even possible. Just wanted to ask what yall think of my situation - thanks!

I need a job - and I figured what better place to work than my favorite chain restaurant. However, I don’t want to ruin my favorite place by working at it. So, what do you think? After working there, does the idea of going to chilis with friends make you want to puke? Or do you love it all the same?
