What will Apple do if the aluminum enclosure of my iPhone 17 Pro is damaged? It is registered under AC one.

1. send to repair center
2. repair enclosure in Apple Store (they do this for screen, glass, and battery already)
3. replacement on the spot

I don't want to use express replacement as I have encountered complication during shipping, but I also don't want to lose my iPhone for too long. I hope it is one of (2) and (3).

Basically title. I'll need to fly with my studio display xdr (vesa), but the og box is too big to fit into my checked bag. Any carrying case recommended (the shorter dimension should be < 18 inches)?
