Breast augmentation “drop & fluff” timeline 🍒

A lot of patients worry in the first few weeks because implants can sit high, feel tight, and look very different from the final result. That’s completely normal!

Typical recovery timeline:
• Surgery: ~1–1.5 hours
• Back to work: usually 1 week depending on job
• No cardio/heavy lifting (>5 lbs): 4–6 weeks

What to expect:
• Immediate enhancement after surgery
• About 70% of swelling improves by 4–6 weeks
• Final settling/recovery can take 6 months

One of the hardest parts for patients is judging results too early. Healing is gradual, and implants continue to soften and settle over time.
