I don't understand why in the 2nd pic, the part circled in red is said.

I thought the plan by Yokoya as stated in the 1st pic was to take the South's ATM card hidden near the North's ATM, withdraw everything, pretend to deposit it in the South ATM but actually hide it in the corridor, and bring it physically to the North side, so that in the end the money would be returned to the North side.

So why does the 2nd pic say the plan is to withdraw money from the South ATM, pretend to deposit it into the North ATM but instead bring it to the North side? There's no money in the South ATM to begin with.

Am I missing something here?
