Been on finasteride and minoxidil for 15 months , had promising results but now have a worrying question
I was on oral finasteride and topical minoxidil for around 15 months and saw good progress. ( I started when I was 20, I’m turning 22 soon ) To keep the results going well I also started on 5 % minoxidil on top of the 10% I already used. I did not use it consistently ( maybe 4 times a week instead of seven) . For the last 3 weeks I have been consistent with it , but I have noticed my crown looking particular thin ( the thinning at the bottom of my crown was not there when I started treatment nor at my quarterly check ups) before booking at appointment with my doctor , I just to check whether you guys think this is typical shedding or something else ?
