1 year post diagnosis, main learnings so far

  1. Azelaic acid is not my friend (yes, it took me year to realise this!)

  2. Mineral suncream is a must, every day, non negotiable. Not going outside? It doesn’t matter, still put it on

  3. Do NOT get hungry. I haven’t seen this mentioned much but I’ve realised a big trigger of mine is hunger, I’m guessing it’s related to stress hormone

It’s been an expensive journey so far but I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel!
