So i wrote so many ticket's where they merged them and replied me after 12 days like my gigs got removed without any warning i gave them proofs like many people are using that services which you are saying me prohibited and removed my gigs there were orders on my that gigs i want them back and Fiverr just responded with we can't restore your gigs they violated our terms and make my ticket closed and marked it as solved

So my question is should i generate another ticket with my issue written on it or it is useless now they will not solve my issue?? Kindly tell me the solution
