Hello! I will be transferring sa Makati this May na. I rented a condo sa Di Trevi T2. I checked the condo, it was decently okay. It is simple yet comfortable. Just want to get feedback about the property, itself. Maganda ba sa LDT T2? Like facilities, neighborhood, accessibility? Nag ask naman ako sa real estate agent, as expected, she shared good words. Hehehe.

Mataba talaga ako naturally. Umabot ako 110 kilos ng 2016 but started cardio that same year. Pinakamababa kong weight was 59 kilos noong 2018. Post that, ranging 70 to 80+ ako kasi naging inconsistent na sa workout, diet. Plus hindi ko talaga alam anong tamang workout. I went to the gym but now stopped. Masyado akong babad sa work and most of the time I am really tired. Although I still run at least 15 kilometers a week.
For the past 8 weeks, nag try ako mag tirze. It shows naman. Weight loss ko is 11 kilos. Last week ko now and I plan sana to stop na and build consistency especially sa diet and exercise. I hope you guys can give me solid advice or tips on where and how to start. I want to be realistic lang din sa kung ano ang fitting sa time and capacity ko. I work kasi flexible schedule but the work itself is so demanding. Plus relatively stressful.
My goal is to be toner. Tighten the loose skin. Be in better shape.
