Decided to treat myself to an upgraded setup for getting a new job after being laid off last year. Ended up getting a Timemore 064S + a (new to me) GCP - huge upgrade in terms of workflow and dialing in coming from my old Kingrinder K6 + BBE setup. I also considered the Profitec Go but just couldn’t justify the price as someone who mainly drinks Americanos. Might consider modding with a Gaggimate down the line, but very happy with everything for now.
