Not a PR but I’m slightly heavier than I used to be. Could be cleaner
I switched to deadlift bar from a stiff bar and my aggressive pulling style off the floor was throwing me off due to the deadlift bar’s whip. I think the secon rep got misgrooved due to attempted and failed slack pull. PR is 550 on a stiff bar in December at 10lbs lighter body weight. I think I can hit 600 within the next year or two. Open to advice.
Building up to attempt 231lbs/105kg later this month.
Shoulder has been nagging me so I’ve been forced to go close grip. This moved pretty well
