Been wanting one for ages and finally decided to just jump in. Wanted either white or dark green, so I was happy to find this 300k miles ‘96 that’s been owned by old people its whole life. Minimal rust, the only bad spot is above the windshield. Thats a bummer, but this winter I can have that pulled out and make the necessary repairs to the frame and repaint. Should live a nice pampered life from here on out.
The seats are also a bit rough, are there any suppliers to replacement covers for them? Not having much luck on google.
I also have a stash of oldschool PPI Art series amps and Blaupunkt Transparent speakers I’ve been saving for the right 90s car. I’m hoping this is it! But for now it is just going to get a bunch of maintenance to get a good baseline. I’m so stoked over the slick white paint. Cheers

Finally got some nice weather here so I got to work! I got a used sliding door, redid the ceiling in stained tongue and groove, and closed off then porch openings with welded fence and also standard screen panels. I built most of it from PVC boards so it won’t rot or need paint. Still need to plan/ build some platforms and such, but I’m just sitting out here some while I decided how it should all fit together.
