I am going to visit Japan soon

Last visit around 2022 I brought a mavic 3 big ass drone did all the documentation and registration thing in the web and check on the DJI fly+ Drone map Japan app on where I can fly

I Fly it on Kusatsu and Aomori and briefly on outskirts of Kyoto (not on the Densely Inhabited Districts that’s not allowed) all fully legal

This time I probably wanna bring a smaller drone

The Question is if I get DJI Tello a 80gram drone is under 100 gram rule so I don’t need to register it

Does the Densely Inhabited Districts (DID) laws still applies to it ?
