See parts of the video I'm edditing in final cut pro, 3 parts that I have a bookmark mark. Where I breath in for air. I can hear that gasp for air sound when editting. Small but noticable, around -20.

What is this called? Is there any way to fix this ? I just want clean voice over.

Any approach from both filming steps and edditing? I'm using a lav mic that is pinned near my throat.
