Possible SNCF strikes in late June?

Travelling London to Paris 26–30th June and getting a bit anxious about the SNCF strike threat in June. I booked after the current disruption window (up to 17th May) but obviously that doesn't mean much.

I haven't travelled on the Eurostar since January 2020 (and that was London to Amsterdam) so I'm very out of practice. For anyone who's dealt with this before — if SNCF do strike, does it actually knock out the London–Paris service or just reduce it? And how much notice do they usually give?

I can see there are already some cancellations on Paris–Brussels 18th May-27th July due to operational restrictions. Nothing on London–Paris yet, but wondering if that's a sign of things to come.

I have the option to postpone for free and could switch to flights, but not sure if I should do that now or just keep an eye on it. It's my birthday trip and I have an Opera Bastille ticket on the 27th June so really don't want to get caught out!
