I have been asked this question frequently by end users. **"**Are QUICK PARTS available in New Outlook Calendar?" So I thought I would share it with you.

At the time of this post, Quick Parts are not supported in New Outlook Calendar meeting events. However, it is on Microsoft's backlog with no scheduled timeline.

Instead, you can use My Templates to manually insert reusable messages like:
- Signature line until it becomes available.
- Driving Instructions or Parking details.

If you’re using New Outlook or Outlook on the web, you may have noticed a change in the Insert ribbon.

Microsoft has added a Graphics option to the email compose experience.

The new Graphics button gives users a single place to insert Emojis, Stock images, and Stickers. However, this does not mean New Outlook now includes all the same illustration tools as Classic Outlook.

Heads up for anyone using New Outlook with Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium.

Copilot Calendar Instructions can help manage meeting invitations based on details like the organizer, subject keywords, time, day, or cancellation status. In my test, I used it to handle meeting invites, automatically accepting the meetings I care about and declining those that do not align with my focus areas.

The feature is found under:

View Settings > Copilot > Calendar Instructions
