Assalam alaikum brothers and sisters,

I have had this problem that I take wayy too much time to pray even a 2 rakah prayer, can be Fajr or sunnah.

**My choking points in prayer are:**

Sanaa (Subhanak allahuma…..)

Audhu billah…. Bismillah

Tashahud+Darood Sharif

This is not only in Salah but also when doing other stuff like wudu:

Whenever I make wudu, I keep getting the fear that my intention ‘is not correct’ or that ‘i made the wrong intention’ and because I make wudu in a bathroom with a toilet, I keep getting the fear that my wudu will not count because ‘I said bismillah to loud’.

I’m really tired of this, it’s affecting my daily routine and my mental health.
