Start Screen mirror to a sleeping MacBook

Is that possible?

I want to start screen mirror from my iPhone to my MacBook while it’s in sleep mode. Just as I can do to my Apple TV. So I don’t have to manually turn it on before it becomes accessible for screen mirroring.

I set the battery option ”Awake for network” to always but seems to have made no difference. And I can’t seem to find any other possible settings to fix this with.

Any ideas if it’s even possible?

It takes like 5 minute per note to get imported and I have a thousand of them, it will take forever. But importing in text or markdown format takes second for all of them.

Html is what seem to preserve most the formatting settings the best so thats why I want it to work.

Any ideas?

Hi

My dad kind of fast developed bad hearing (mostly on high pitched noise I believe) the past few years and I also notice a similarly fast paced change in his speech and behaviour.

He started hearing bad around age 55-60 maybe and from 63-65 it got very bad so he got hearing aids just a few months ago. He did a lot of shooting with guns in the army as a young person doing military service, wearing no protection.

The past few years he’s felt like another person. He seem a bit off all the time and will say ”abnormal” thing he would never say wrongly before, like:

- ”Oh this salmon is very good” (while we are eating something that’s very obviously not pink and not salmon. Maybe cod or something. Just few years ago he would never make a mistake like this ever. And he’s unaware that he say these things wrong. He don’t catch himself)

- or say some fact he’s know for his entire life wrongly, like the name of his favourite shop ”the Nature outlet” he will call it ”the Nature company” now instead. But he’s shopped there for 30 years and never said its name wrong before

- he has a very high performing and position in a company but the job don’t seem to suffer as I understand so I’m confused of these things that I’m noticing. He seem unaware when I’ve brought these observations up and seem to think he’s not doing them or dismiss it for some other reason.

- he also has changed bevahiour in small subtle ways like he seem more passive and isolating and don’t persuade the same interests and hobbies like before. If we are on vacation he would previously want to go swimming etc but now he prefers to stay on land and will walk around taking excessively much photos compared to what he used to. He never took much photos before but now he hunts down insects and tiny quirks of building details etc to take photos of and seem very fascinated by what he would previously probably label like ”nonsense”. A little bit like childlike fascination ”oh a flower! Now I must take 20 photos of it”

- we’ve also been in some ”accident” type of situations (think traffic accident etc) were quick action was needed and just a few years ago he would be the most decisive and fast acting leader type of person to take charge, but now he’s been more passive and not handled those situations as well, seeming a bit overwhelmed and confused in them

- he also have hard trouble hearing and says ”what” after most sentences if I forget to speak loud enough. and I noticed he seem to make up ”guess answers” to have something to say even when he didn’t clearly hear the question. So he will try to answer it but it will often be completely wrong because he never heard the question clearly so he often answers the wrong question. This he says he knows he do and also that he have to ”shut off” sometimes because it’s too much effort listening to whateverone is saying

Appreciate any thoughts please. I can understand the difficulty of hearing part decently well I think because he acknowledges this and speak about it but it’s these other subtle speech and behaviour changes I’m concerned and confused about and he don’t acknowledge himself. And they came about pretty much hand in hand so I wonder if related or something more going on.
