Manager told to accept pip by next week, what should I do?

I had 1.5 yr experience but all related to company specific, regarding pip I got the news in today's 1-1. I'm not convinced with the feedback given to me. Am the 6th person in 2 yrs to face this situation under her. Told to accept pip by next week. And after 6 weeks the notice period starts. I have asked for a meeting with a higher manager tomorrow. What should I say? As of now I thought to give clarification on the feedback (70% are incorrect). Ask for an extension as my family's health situation is not good. And I have no money in my account as of now.

Please suggest what I should say and how to face it.

My skills are company specific, how can I apply for other roles or companies?

My skills are company oriented though I work as a cellular engineer with software engineer 1 as the title. The tools I work for are the ones which my company created.

Now how should I apply outside? I'm unable to understand which company or role should I study for? Cellular market is hard with my skills and am not a pure software engineer.

What should I do? And in afraid my manager will fire or PIP me in a week. Any SUGGESTIONS?

How to face my manager?

2 weeks ago, I had 1-1 with my manager and she gave negative feedback and sent the same in the mail in which more than 70% is not my fault. I mentioned a few points but she didn't consider those. Now she scheduled a meeting (in 2 days). I Spoke to a few people who got fired by her. They said she will send the feedback through mail and fired/PIP them. I might become the 6th person in team to be in this situation in 1.5 yrs. Now how should I face this situation? I'm thinking of replying to the feedback mail. Apart from that what should I do? The manager and HR are of the same mindset.

Fine, I will apply to other companies. Other than this suggests what to do and how to face this situation?

I'm about to be laid off, what should I do?

I'm 26M, a software engineer in india(whoworks on software that is bound to that particular company) with nearly 2yrs experience. My manager got changed recently and I had a tough journey with him from the past 6 months. Today he shared me the 1-1 feedback on mail (which is not a general case, but I spoke to other laid off people by him, he did the same with them before 2 weeks of removing them). I have some cases where she yelled at me in front of everyone twice which is not a common thing in my office. I have stressed myself for the past 6 hours ignoring my health (slept barely 4-5hrs on office days). He is same with many in our team but I'm the one who might be laid off. He removed nearly 5 people from his past team.

Now how should I tackle this situation/problem). How can I get a job in this market as my skills are only bound to this company

I'm about to be laid off, what should I do?

I’m a 26M software engineer (signal processing) with nearly 2 years of experience. Most of my work is on internal company-specific software, so I don’t feel very confident about my market-ready skills.

My manager changed 6 months ago, and things have been tough since then. He has publicly yelled at me twice, which is unusual in my company. Today he sent formal 1-on-1 feedback through email, which also isn’t common. I spoke to a few people he previously laid off, and they said he did the same thing with them around 2 weeks before removing them. He has already removed around 5 people from his past team.

The stress has been affecting me badly — I’ve been sleeping only 4–5 hours on office days for months.

Now I’m preparing for the possibility of being laid off. My biggest concern is that my skills are too company-specific.

How should I handle this situation, and how can I prepare to get another software job in the current market?
