I live in a shared driveway but my own car port. I've noticed that my neighbour keeps using my bins which are stored in my car port next to my car. I don't mind if they use it if it's on the street for collection but these neighbours have a habit of dumping rubbish in the bins after bin collection day and they stink to high heaven.
