I just had a design jet 4500 fall into my hands but this thing needs lots of work. My major issue is it believes there is a paper jam with no paper in it at all and it won't let us go past the screen or clear the error. And I can't find any tutorial to force past the error.

It needs a new belt and for some reason is actively bleeding magenta out of the ink cartridge side. I looked at the hose connections and they seem secure so I'm not sure why it is hemorrhaging magenta ink
