Since I moved from US to India in March 2026, I’m trying to submit W8BEN on ETrade. Etrade is asking to submit additional form NRA certification along with it. Since I was in the US for over 31 days this year and for last 3 years, I pass the substantial presence test for this year 2026. So I can not provide the NRA certification for this year as per their template. However since I moved out of US for good, I plan to file dual status return for 2026. How do I proceed with filing W8BEN? Is the NRA certification is a IRS requirement or it’s a Etrade thing?

Those who have driven the new facelift Kushaq 1.0 and 1.5, did you experience any difference in the ride quality between the two or any noticeable differences in suspension setup etc? Just a curiosity question based on one of the YouTube reviews.

Edit: I’m aware of the engine/gearbox related performance differences. This question is specific to ride quality only. Hope it makes sense. Thanks.

Is there any reference point for the residential land prices in different localities within and around Udupi city limit? Say for a plot size of around 10-20 cents. Just want to understand what expect and what is considered fair value in different localities.
