Has anyone else had their level manually dropped by Playtomic for a missed session?
Hey guys,
My level was just manually dropped from 2.3 to 1.8!
Not sure about the reason, but looks like because I missed a session? I missed a scheduled leveling session with a coach. And 5 days later found new level.
I get that missing the appointment is on me, but why on earth does the app punish my actual skill rating for an administrative "no-show"? I have 130 matches played.
Has anyone else experienced this "penalty" system? How did you get it fixed? Did support actually help, or did you have to grind your way back up from the bottom?
Any advice is appreciated!
