PREORDER SHIPPING UPDATE

👋 Hi there-

Thanks so much again for your preorder of the Square Omni Golf Launch Monitor & Simulator. We have a couple updates to share.

 
👉 Update #1: Per the latest information from the manufacturer, Square Omni units could start to arrive next week. We are expecting weekly shipments thereafter.

Initially, the hope was that they'd be arriving this week, but timelines change. Especially with a hot new product. 

So currently, the expectation is that they could arrive next week. 

Once shipments do start arriving, we expect weekly shipments thereafter. Preorders will be shipped in the order they were placed. Once we get an idea of the inbound cadence, we hope to be able to forecast ship dates for all preorders.

We did get our demo unit, as did a couple of our affiliate partners. Which proves that the Omni does, in fact, exist and is not a figment of our collective imagination, which is nice to know.

👉 Update #2: Addressing rumors of Omni units shipping this week.

IWe've gotten wind of some other resellers claiming shipments are starting this week. Unless they've developed a teleportation device, this is likely not the case. Take YouTube comments with a grain of salt.

We're in daily contact with Square and the last we've heard (i.e. this morning) is that per above, orders could start to arrive next week. This, of course, is assuming no operational hiccups are encountered.

Regardless, you can continue to trust that:

1. We'll provide consistent, realistic, witty (?) updates
2. We have by far the most Square Omni orders placed

This positions you extremely well to get your unit as quickly as possible.

The current expectation is that Square Omni preorders placed now (May 2026) will begin shipping around June 2026.

However—and this is important—inventory across all retailers is expected to be limited in the months that follow.

If history repeats itself (and it probably will), the early batches will go quickly, and availability could become unpredictable.

Earlier I got an email- as did several other posters- that the units they pre-ordered in late January to early February will ship mid-May. They told me they will be charging the balance to my CC May 18th.

I noticed this on GolfJoy America's site:

I read this to mean they may have quietly released the new chipset that will enable Low Point and in a firmware update stickerless club data.

I've done a little checking and some customers outside the USA have received the new version.
