Hi everyone, I was sentence on September 2024 for my 4th DUI and got house arrest (3 months) and on probation for 5 years. I've had a breathalyzer since 2024 November, and just finished Part 1 (12 months) of my DUI program. I was wondering if its possible to get an early removal of the Breathlyzer or if I have to have it for 3 years and finish the entire DUI program.
