Hiring manager review spread

They weren’t lying when they said I’m prioritized. What are the chances that I don’t get selected for any of them 😵

At this point I genuinely feel like I’m being baited into endless interviews.

I applied for an Adobe Specialist role (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator). They kept sending me emails saying I’m a strong candidate and encouraging me to complete their interview process.

I ignored the first couple of emails, then they sent another one with urgency — saying they’re in the final stages, hiring within a couple of hours, and only filling 4 positions. So I thought okay, this one might actually move fast.

I completed the interview.

Now it’s been around 20 days, and my application is still stuck at “Hiring manager reviewing” with zero updates.

What’s confusing is that they kept pushing urgency like the role would close immediately, but clearly, nothing is actually moving, and there’s no clarity if my previous interview even mattered.

It honestly feels like they’re just funneling candidates into interviews without any real timeline or feedback.

Got into my first Mercor project, will I start getting instant offers now?

I’ve seen a lot of people say that once you get into your first project and perform well, you start getting instant offers for other projects. I wanted to know how true that is.

I got selected for a project last week as a Generalist, and they seemed impressed with my work, they invited me to work on domain expert tasks. So now I’m wondering, will I actually start getting direct offers for future projects once this one ends, or will I have to go through the whole process again (applying to 30+ listings and then get a single offer)?
