Budhani Wafers

Bought a packet after a really long time because it used to be one of those classic Pune snacks you could trust blindly. But this time the moment I opened it, the smell of stale/bad oil hit immediately. The taste also felt completely off compared to how it used to be years ago.

What’s sad is this isn’t just about one brand anymore. Feels like so many old food places that once had genuine quality and consistency are now focused only on mass production and profits. The soul, freshness, and standards that made people loyal in the first place are slowly disappearing.

Old Punekars will probably understand what I’m talking about.

Hi, I’m looking for reliable NGOs or individuals in Pune who actively help stray animals. I’ve already tried contacting a few organizations, but unfortunately haven’t received any real support.

If anyone has direct contacts (rescuers, vets, feeders, or smaller NGOs who actually respond), please share. It’s a bit urgent and I’d really appreciate any genuine leads.

Thanks in advance.
