What is the interview process like after the hiring manager interview?
Hi everyone. I'm in the midst of my job search and I've progressed in one of the opportunities I'm interested in after passing the recruiter screen and hiring manager interview. This is for a Senior FPA role.
I have 3 interviews coming up in the next two days - per the hiring manager, these are the last interviews in the process (he mentioned last step would be 3 interviews with other team members). One of the interviews is a panel with two folks who would be my peers, and the other two are more manager/senior level folks.
I'm curious if anyone might have an idea of what the interviews might entail for this stage of the process? I'll be sure to prep on discussing my experience and "what would I dos" but wondering if there is anything else I should be expecting? Additionally, depending on how this part of the process goes, what kind of questions should I be asking them at this stage?
I appreciate any advice you guys can share.
