[PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY] Looking for a U.S.-Based Operator to Help Scale RARE INTERFACE — Web Dev + Marketing Agency

What’s good Reddit —

I’m building RARE INTERFACE, a next-gen creative agency focused on:

Website development

Brand systems

UI/UX design

Marketing infrastructure

AI-powered business automation

Contractor & service-business growth systems

The vision is clean:
build a rare digital ecosystem that actually helps businesses print attention, generate leads, and move like enterprise-level brands without the bloated agency experience.

I’m looking for someone in the United States who wants to genuinely help operate and scale this with me long-term.

Looking For Someone Who:

Understands modern web design trends

Knows branding / marketing psychology

Can communicate professionally with clients

Has experience in sales, operations, development, or growth

Wants equity energy instead of “just another freelance gig”

Is hungry to build something scalable

Bonus If You Know:

Figma

Framer / Webflow / WordPress

React / Next.js

SEO

Paid ads

Automation tools

Lead generation systems

Contractor/service business markets

Current Direction

RARE INTERFACE is being positioned as a premium digital presence studio with a futuristic aesthetic and high-conversion strategy behind it. Think:

cinematic interfaces

modern branding

conversion-focused builds

AI workflow integration

performance marketing systems

I’m not looking for somebody passive.
I’m looking for somebody who sees the long game.

If you’re serious about building something rare from the ground floor and want to collaborate, drop:

your skillset

portfolio or socials

what role you’d want

why this caught your attention

Let’s architect something elite.

Currently building a new web design studio called Rare Interface focused on clean modern websites that actually convert instead of looking like another recycled template.

Trying to understand what founders actually want from agencies right now.

What annoyed you most when hiring designers/developers?

bad communication?

slow turnaround?

overpriced retainers?

generic designs?

sites that don’t convert?

ghosting after launch?

Would love brutally honest feedback while building this out.

Curious where other web design/dev agencies found their first actual paying clients.

Right now I’m building a new agency focused on modern websites, UI/UX, branding, and startup-style digital experiences, and I’m trying to figure out which client acquisition channels are actually worth scaling early on.

There’s so much noise around:

Cold email

Cold DMs

LinkedIn outreach

Google ads

Referrals

Local networking

Reddit/X

Upwork

SEO

Content marketing

Would love to hear what genuinely worked for you in the beginning and what ended up being a waste of time.

Did your first few clients come organically? Through networking? Paid ads? Outreach? Random luck?

Also curious:

What niche converted best?

What outreach strategy got responses?

How long did it take to land your first consistent clients?

What would you do differently if you restarted today?

Trying to build smart systems early instead of burning energy in the wrong lanes. Appreciate any insight.

I’m currently launching a web design agency focused on modern UI, sleek branding, startup-style websites, and high-converting digital experiences.

Right now I’m searching for a few creative people who want to collaborate early and help shape the foundation of the brand. Main thing I need help with is designing/building the agency website itself using Figma, Framer, Webflow, or frontend development.

If you’re down to help for free while we get things moving, I’d seriously appreciate it. The long-term goal is building a strong creative team and growing together as real client work starts scaling in.

Looking for people into:

Figma/UI design

Frontend development

Framer or Webflow

Branding/logo systems

Motion graphics

Creative direction

Social content/design

Trying to create something that feels premium, futuristic, and actually stands out online instead of generic agency templates everywhere.

If you’re interested, comment below or shoot me a DM with your work or socials.

Hey everyone,

I’m currently building a new web design agency from the ground up and looking for a few creative collaborators who are solid with Figma, UI/UX, web layouts, branding, or modern landing page design.

Right now I’m focused on getting the agency website fully designed and launched. If anyone’s down to help me create the site for free while I get things moving, I’d seriously appreciate it. Once projects start flowing in, I definitely want to build long-term with people and turn this into something bigger.

The vibe is clean, modern, high-conversion design. Think sleek interfaces, startup aesthetics, interactive experiences, and scalable brand presence.

Looking for people into:

Figma design

UI/UX

Landing pages

Branding systems

Web animations

Mobile responsive layouts

Creative direction

This could also turn into an ongoing collaboration if we click creatively. Trying to build a strong digital team early and grow something rare together.

Drop a comment or DM me if interested.

Currently building RareInterface — a modern digital presence and web design brand — and looking for UI/UX designers who are obsessed with clean interfaces, smooth user flows, and futuristic design language.

Looking for creatives who understand:

modern web aesthetics

mobile-first design

Figma workflows

landing page structure

conversion-focused layouts

typography + visual hierarchy

minimal / premium branding

The goal is to create websites and digital experiences that feel polished, cinematic, and ahead of the curve — not generic template energy.

This is still early-stage, so I’m mainly looking for people with strong vision, consistency, and a desire to build something long-term. Whether you’re experienced or still building your portfolio, if your work is solid and your mindset is growth-focused, tap in.

Building RareInterface right now and looking for creative people who know how to make content that actually feels modern, clean, and attention-grabbing.

Need creators who understand:

short-form content

aesthetic branding

TikTok/Reels editing

motion graphics

social media growth

creative storytelling

digital culture

The vision for RareInterface is futuristic, minimal, premium, and visually strong. Looking for people who can help shape the brand identity online and create content that stands out instead of blending into the algorithm fog.

I’m currently building RareInterface, a modern web design + digital presence brand focused on clean aesthetics, scalable systems, and standout online experiences.

Right now I’m looking for people who want to help build something from the ground floor — web developers, UI/UX designers, branding creatives, marketers, or anyone with strong digital skills and startup energy.

This isn’t some corporate machine yet. It’s early-stage, fast-moving, experimental, and design-focused. The vision is to create premium websites and digital experiences for brands that want a futuristic, minimal, high-converting presence online.

If you’re trying to:

build portfolio projects

gain real startup experience

collaborate with creatives

grow with a brand long-term

help shape a digital agency from zero

then tap in.

Most roles are currently passion/equity/collaboration based while we scale and land clients, but the goal is to turn this into a profitable creative ecosystem.

I’m building YinAndYang.ai from the ground up and looking for a small team of builders, creatives, marketers, developers, and people who just genuinely want to create something big from zero.

The vision is simple:
build an AI-driven platform + brand that actually feels human.

Right now we’re in the early stages — which honestly is the best part. No corporate layers. No gatekeeping. Just people building, testing ideas, shipping fast, and trying to create something that matters.

Looking for people interested in:

  • AI / automation
  • web development
  • design / branding
  • content creation
  • growth & marketing
  • startup strategy
  • community building

If you’ve ever wanted to be early to something instead of watching from the sidelines, this is probably your moment.

Drop a comment or DM me:

  • what interests you
  • what you’d want to help build

I believe I can with a good amount of seed startup a gen z brand. I have a couple brands I’ve been trying to build but never have had the seed money to do it. I have one brand in particular with a lot of potential. Advice , investors anything helps! Thank you

Last year I was offered to jump in my main brand. 1 million dollar offer. It fell through and want to raise some awareness of my true passion project. I believe with some seed I can do better things with my life.

Using UGC marketing and storytelling. I think I can take an investment and make it worth wild.

Looking for serious investors or vc capital or pre seed funding. Want to take my idea and make it something of substance.
