Finally got around to this place. Had the verde and chile colorado burritos. I found both…fine. I prefer a more slender burrito with only a few fillings, but both fillings were nothing to sing about. A little bland, even. I expected a little more zing. What I was most surprised about being underwhelmed by was their famous tortillas. They were way spongier than I expected. Almost like (not trying to be needlessly provocative here) naan. If that’s how “authentic” flour tortillas are, fine, but it wasn’t really for me.

I’m sure this is an unpopular opinion, but just being honest. What’s everyone else’s thoughts on LBJ?
