to try meds or not guys?

okay so I know realistically everyone reacts differently but im terrified of medication and would rather have a view of people's experiences and which ones.

im thinking to try them as im getting so tired wanting to kill myself every month no matter how good I am diet sleep wise it never matters in the end 😭😭😭

idk I feel so lost and confused in it. I have a GP appointment next week to see about diagnosis and meds though

long term sick leave what was your experience?

I've recently taken 4 weeks sick and im thinking to apply for another 2 meaning I cross into long term sick leave. I've never had more than 2 weeks before so I'm very new to it. I wondered what I should expect. I was scared they could fire me but I'm realising that's probably a little far stretch and just anxieties running away.

but I'm curious for what to expect and how others have handle this.

is it irrational to take another week sick to avoid going back during my PMDD Week

I went on sick for 4 weeks due to mangers at work basically hating me. harassing me borderline and just stress over all. but i realised when I go back im not only in PMDD grips but day 26 of my cycle aka the day I lose my mind.

now... I either go in let the crazy out🥰

or take a week but it would be unpaid.

I dont wanna go back full stop but theres genuinely no jobs. I even started looking for retail jobs but there isn't any and if there is its 8hrs so not realistic.

but man idk. im already getting stressed its first day off hell and I feel so lost and confused 😭

I just want to function as normal. life is already hard why do I have to bare this to make it harder.
