Is this right? No exchanges for UK? That seems crazy. It's my first time ever buying from them, or ever buying barefoot shoes actually. Took advantage of the 50% sale like everyone lol.

I got the Obsidian Gobi II in a women's 8 - they fit but, with not much wiggle room - I'd probably be better with an 8.5 but they won't exchange. But I don't want to send them back cos I'll never afford another pair at their normal prices.

Any way around it? Or anyone wanna trade 😂

Hey! I just got this device and to be honest I'm a complete noob, I just wanted to be able to set shortcuts for music and zoom meetings so I can pause and unmute myself quickly. However, the web app for programming the keyboard has a different layout to mine, and the FN is missing. I tried just clicking MENU which is in the same spot on the screen as my FN is on the physical keyboard, but it won't let me click any of the F keys as well.

All the settings options in the app itself are greyed out. Does anyone have any advice? I've googled but to no avail.
