I launched my app in November 2025.

First month: 5 subscriptions, all from people I knew.

In January, I got my first yearly subscription from someone in the US that I didn’t know. That motivated me a lot, so I decided to improve the app and add AI features.

After releasing the AI version:

Got a new yearly subscription → canceled after trial 🫠

5 days later → new trial → converted 🎉

Yesterday the app crossed 100 new users in the last 28 days, which was a big milestone for me because until then I had ~250 total users.

And today I got 2 new subscriptions.

I'm not doing any kind of marketing, neither paid nor organic.

So I think ASO just started to wok after a few months
