I have completed my hackerrank exam on March 30th with all the test cases pass. Since then I haven't got any mail or call and ATS shows Assessment in progress. Will it be usually delay or else any ghosting tactics ?

I have completed my L1 round on April 11th and after completion of interview I asked for will there be any round, Interviewer said there will be L2 round and it's not for specific project, but for a pipeline he mentioned. Now my question will there be L2 or they ghosted ?
