I ordered a few items through Flipkart on the Sasa lele sale, the items didn't require an OTP while delivery.

The issue is, the products aren't delivered but the app shows it is, I didn't receive any call from the delivery guy, and now Flipkart has made it impossible to reach its customer support.

I raised a query under the orders page, for which the WhatsApp support bot replied to my issue saying :

"Logistics team has shared confirmation based on their location tracking system that the delivery person was at your address and the order was handed over."

Can anyone guide me on how to proceed further
