How do you fix the sloppy penalties, as a coach and team?

I hate a sloppy penalty and there has been a lot of them... As well as a lot of behaviour that should have been sloppy, pointless penalties but weren't noticed or called...

Why? I don't play and I'm new to watching... What's the goal, why is it so prevalent, and how do you get a team under control?

Good Luck to The New York Liberty, Seattle Storm, and Toronto Tempo! Every game tonight has a PWHL sister city playing for opening night.

Just in case two overlapping hockey games aren't enough for you.

I think it's very cool that TSN will have WNBA coverage and a PWHL game running concurrently. I'm hoping we don't hurt eachothers numbers but it's such a thrill seeing them both there waiting for me on the PVR. I wish I could tell 10 year old me.
