My sister fed her dog take out rice from a Indian restaurant when I left her house, which resulted in me going back to her house to see what's up with baby. She's around 15-25 pounds , small dog, and she's lethargic, wobbly when walking , and she's peeing herself (pee is clearish / yellow). My sister went off to bed asking me to watch her because " I can't afford a vet for it to be nothing". I'm nervous, baby is wells still a puppy, and I pretty much took care of her and trained her, so I knew off thd bat something was wrong. She was running around rapidly for awhile and going crazy and now she's sleep and dead silent heart palpatation her heart beat goes fast then slows then fast. I'm broke as welland can't do anything so im holding her and praying. I'm gonna stay up all night with her is there something else to do

edit: rice has onion and garlic in it. Edit2 : thank you for everyone who didn't assume I was a horrible person unwilling to do anything when in truth I'm a broke person with no transportation and relying on the person who gave her the rice in the first place to find a way to take her. I have called the vet er and they said they wouldn't be able to take her and I would have to sign a release form to take her home and I had to be the owner to sign said release form in the first place. I'm going to call my dad and see if he can help me get her some more help.

Edit three: dad is helping, dog ate puppy calming peanutbutter thanks to everyone said the dog was going to die and I was a bad person for defending myself. Thank you to the people who cared a lot about puppy and gave me pretty solid advice I will update on treatment, cost , and puppy health

Last edit! Puppy is okay, she was "lethargic" because she ate calming peanut butter which made her very sleepy.She pissed herself simply because she was too tired to get up and move. Warning please keep treats even if their meant for animals up and away. Puppy calming peanut butter has L-theanine and too much of it can cause this systems and if it gets worse the end results could be worse. I want to thank everyone was tried helping me even though I was frustrated and I'm sorry to anyone reading this later and having to going through the motions of me and my dumb ass family member terrible choices.

Im sorry to everyone I was rude to and it was unjust, but for the uneducated people telling me the dog was going to die and I was terrible for not trying hard enough and I would feel guilt and shame if something bad were to happen...L take an L and sit down.
