Are all unions meant to be represented within each agency's QWL committees? I'm the only Teamster (Local 237) at my agency, and I'm not part of our QWL team - other unions are represented, but not the Teamsters.

Interestingly, Local 237 does not mention QWL anywhere on their site. Other unions have pages dedicated to the history of QWL and its place within NYC Collective Bargaining Law with information about how to get involved...but not the Teamsters. Is there something I'm missing, or are they just choosing not to publicize this like other unions do? And if my union doesn't even mention it on their site, how can I get involved?
